Leasehold and Section 20 Officer (Part-Time) - Housing£36,100 per annum (£19,513.50 FTE) MacclesfieldHours per week: Part Time (20 hours per week)We''re a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5,000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Section 20 Officer to join our team and play a key role in managing and administering the Section 20 consultation process for leasehold major works and qualifying long-term agreements. The key responsibilities of the role will be to oversee the Section 20 consultation process, ensuring all statutory requirements and legal timescales are met. You will prepare and issue consultation notices, updates and correspondence to leaseholders, providing clear and accurate information about proposed works, costs, timescales and potential charges. You will act as an important point of contact for leaseholders throughout the consultation and works process, responding to enquiries and concerns and coordinating observations and nominations. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support the effective delivery of major works programmes, ensuring accurate records are maintained and that consultations, approvals and decisions are properly documented.
