The role You''ll provide administrative and customer support for our Specialist Leasehold Services function. You''ll make sure leasehold processes are administered accurately and efficiently, with clear records and helpful communication for residents, solicitors and internal colleagues. You''ll also support Leasehold Officers with casework and escalate more complex matters when needed.
