Hybrid working may be considered depending on service needs.Job responsibilitiesMy client is seeking skilled and experienced Leasehold Advisers to support their Housing Services, Collections, and Sales and Acquisition teams. This is a critical front line role, ensuring that leaseholders receive accurate information, timely service, and excellent customer care.Working across various Housing Service Centres within the borough, the Leasehold Advisor will process a wide range of leasehold-related transactions, handle complex enquiries, and carry out technical service charge calculations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capability, confidence managing financial data, and a solid understanding of leasehold legislation, including Section 20 requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer and Stakeholder EngagementHandle complex queries from residents, leaseholders, tenants, staff, legal representatives, and external stakeholders via email, phone, and in-person.Respond to accounts-related enquiries from lessees and sales applicants professionally and efficiently.Ensure high standards of customer care at all times.Leasehold ServicesProcess applications for home ownership schemes, lease extensions, ..... full job details .....
