They handle work throughout England and Wales for both freeholders and leaseholders. The team continue to significantly increase our work, as the team''s excellent reputation spreads. The team deal with around 350 cases a year and have helped around 10,000 people extend their leases or buy their freehold. The work The job involves a caseload of lease extension, enfranchisement and right to manage cases. It does not involve contentious leasehold work - they have 2 specialist property litigators who handle that and to work closely with the leasehold team.
