The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and learners to provide high-quality learning support. You will help learners access their programmes effectively, develop their confidence and independence, and overcome barriers to learning. Your responsibilities will include: Providing one-to-one and small-group support. Supporting learners with classroom and vocational learning activities. Encouraging learners to develop independence, confidence and study skills. Working collaboratively with teaching staff and other support professionals. Helping to create an inclusive and positive learning environment. Monitoring learners progress and providing appropriate feedback.
