This role is perfect for individuals passionate about making a significant impact in the educational sector, particularly supporting students with diverse learning needs.Day-to-day of the role:Provide tailored support to learners in class, either one-on-one or in small groups, across various curriculum areas from entry level to Level 3.Implement effective strategies to assist students with reading, writing, and maths skills.Offer support to students during their exams.Maintain detailed records of all support activities provided to learners.Required Skills and Qualifications:Must have English and Maths at Level 2.A relevant Learning Support Assistant qualification is highly advantageous, or a willingness to pursue this qualification.Strong IT, numeracy, oral, and written communication skills.A deep understanding of the Additional Learning Support function and its critical role in education.Benefits:Competitive pro-rata salary based on a full-time equivalent of £26,592.45.Opportunities for professional development and training in Learning ..... full job details .....
