Since 2012, this setting has provided a structured and supportive environment, where learners work closely with the skilled Learning Support Workers to achieve their educational and personal development goals.In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting learners to build confidence, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and self-management strategies. Each learner follows a bespoke learning plan, designed around their unique skills, needs, and preferences.
