The role involves supporting a Key Stage 3 class consisting predominantly of male pupils with a range of additional needs.   The Role    Supporting Key Stage 3 pupils with Autism (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and complex additional needs.  Working alongside the class teacher and wider multidisciplinary team.  Providing both classroom-based and 1:1 support where required.  Encouraging communication, independence and positive behaviour.  Creating a safe, structured and engaging learning environment.
