CORE TASKS Supporting young people with education based activities as required by their course Providing young people with career focused and employability conversations Providing numeracy and literacy or English as an additional language support Adhering to administrative requirements of the role Being accountable and representing Centrepoint appropriately ESSENTIAL Good levels of numeracy and literacy IT competent - able to use Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams Ability to engage, motivate and inspire young people Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with young people, other volunteers and staff Ability to remain calm when involved with challenging individuals and situations Be reliable and have a positive outlook A commitment to demonstrating Centrepoint''s values What do we offer you?
