Job Overview

We require an experienced Learning Support Teacher for an immediate start. The successful candidate will be a passionate SEN teacher who is flexible in identifying and meeting the needs of students and communicating with a variety of individuals. You will support pupils from aged 3 to 18 in a variety of ways and work with pupils on a one-to-one and group basis and in class support.Location : Reading, Berkshire (St Joseph’s College) – leading independent day school for boys and girls aged 3 to 18.Responsibilities

Support pupils aged 3 to 18 in various settings, including one-to-one, small groups, and in-class support.Identify and meet individual student needs and communicate with staff, parents, and external professionals as appropriate.Contribute to high standards of teaching and pupil development in line with the College Catholic tradition.Qualifications and Experience

Experience as a Learning Support Teacher with a proven commitment to SEN students.Passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and flexibility in approach.Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic school environment.What we offer and requirements
