Support learners transitioning into FE or progressing to higher levels or employment.Pastoral and Wellbeing Support- Offer guidance and a safe, supportive environment where learners can discuss concerns. Build positive, professional relationships that promote confidence and resilience. Recognize indicators of mental health or safeguarding concerns and escalate appropriately.
