This full-time position is ideal for candidates with a passion for early childhood development and experience supporting young learners in a school setting.

The Role

• Full-time Early Years (Reception) Learning Support Assistant position
• Supporting the class teacher in delivering meaningful, play-based learning experiences
• Providing one-to-one or small-group support to children, including those with SEND
• Helping to create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment
• Supporting children''s social, emotional, and academic development
• Engaging in wider school life and contributing to a positive and inclusive school ethos

This Role Would Suit

• Experienced LSAs or childcare practitioners passionate about Early Years
• Candidates with experience in Nursery or Reception settings
• Individuals looking to work in a collaborative, respectful environment where wellbeing is prioritised
