This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with young people and making a meaningful difference to their learning, confidence and independence. The Role As a Learning Support Practitioner, you will support students with additional needs both inside and outside the classroom. Much of the support will be delivered on a one-to-one basis, helping individual learners to access their studies and get the most from their time at college.
