This is a rewarding opportunity to work alongside tutors and learners on their rehabilitation journey, supporting them to build the skills, confidence and qualifications needed to move forward into employment, training or further education.You''ll work closely with learners who have a wide range of educational backgrounds, additional learning needs and abilities, many of whom will have had difficult experiences of education in the past. Your role will be to remove barriers to learning, build trust and help learners engage fully with their studies.Your responsibilities will include:Providing one-to-one and small group support to learners in the classroom.Helping learners to understand and complete tasks set by the tutor.Supporting learners with additional learning needs, including literacy, numeracy and behavioural challenges.Encouraging learner engagement, motivation and progress throughout the session.Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and resources.Maintaining accurate records of learner progress and support provided.Working ..... full job details .....
