You will work alongside the class teacher and Focus Provision team to create resources, including providing visual aids to support understanding, developing key vocabulary and supporting children with specific targets. You will be working with a range of children across the primary age range and need to be flexible and adaptable to each child''s needs. It is vital that you have experience of working with autistic children, using a range of communication strategies and autism specific approaches to teaching and learning.
