The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to support students in their learning and help them to achieve their academic and personal potential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and enjoys working with young people. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students in the classroom Support students with their learning, organisation and engagement. Work collaboratively with teachers and other members of the support team. Help students develop confidence, independence and positive learning habits. Support students with additional learning needs where appropriate. Encourage a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
