The Learning Support Mentor will play a key role in supporting students to build their confidence, develop essential life and employability skills, and achieve personal growth. This includes delivering tailored sessions in core subject areas of Navigators customised qualifications of Level 1 Personal Development and Level 1 Employability, English, Mathematics, vocational and non-vocational courses while fostering social inclusion and resilience.The ideal candidate will provide mentorship, guidance, and individualised support to help students overcome barriers to learning and transition successfully into further education, training, or employment opportunities.
