Plus generous benefits, including: • 45 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays and efficiency closures) • Generous Occupational Pension SchemeAbout the roleWe are seeking an experienced SEND professional to lead the implementation and ongoing delivery of high quality support for students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and other High Needs across York College.This is an operational leadership role requiring someone who can confidently own and drive EHCP processes end to end, ensuring compliant, timely statutory reviews, effective transition planning, accurate funding utilisation, and a consistently excellent learner experience.You will manage and develop a team, providing clear direction and professional support as they oversee the learner journey from pre entry through to progression.
