In response to the evolving SEND landscape and government reforms, we are creating four new Learning Support Manager roles across our campuses in Dartford, Gravesend, Hadlow and Tonbridge.These roles offer a unique opportunity to shape and lead high-quality, inclusive support services that have a direct and lasting impact on learners'' lives.We are looking for positive, resilient, and forward-thinking individuals with:Strong knowledge of SEND legislationExperience working with young people with SENDA proven ability to lead and support teams through changeYou will bring demonstrable experience of:Implementing effective processes and practices to meet statutory requirements, including the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice 2015Driving improvements that promote inclusion and positive outcomes for students ..... full job details .....
