The successful candidate will lead a team of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) , ensuring students with SEND and additional learning needs receive high-quality support that promotes independence, achievement and progression. You will oversee the day-to-day deployment of support staff and work closely with curriculum teams, families and external professionals to ensure provision reflects EHCPs, learner profiles and individual support plans .
