This could include day to day cover, shorter term, longer term and even potential permanent opportunties. This is an excellent opportunity for flexible work within a supportive multi-academy trust, helping pupils achieve their full potential, throughout the academic year.The Role:As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis or in small groupsAssist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom managementProvide additional support for pupils with SEND, SEMH and/or additional learning needs where requiredHelp maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environmentBuild strong working relationships with Teachers, Support staff, Pastoral teams, Parents and CarersWhat we are looing for:Experience working with children or young people in a school or similar settingExperience supporting pupils with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH) is desirable but not essentialNewly qualified or aspiring Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants are encouraged to applyLevel 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essentialHave a passion for supporting young people and have excellent and adaptable communication skillsEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through The Supply Register)What We Offer:Flexible ..... full job details .....
