This could include day to day cover, shorter term, longer term and even potential permanent opportunties.   This is an excellent opportunity for flexible work within a supportive multi-academy trust, helping pupils achieve their full potential, throughout the academic year.  The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:    Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis or in small groups    Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management    Provide additional support for pupils with SEND, SEMH and/or additional learning needs where required    Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment   Build strong working relationships with Teachers, Support staff, Pastoral teams, Parents and Carers  What we are looing for:   Experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting    Experience supporting pupils with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH) is desirable but not essential    Newly qualif...</description>
