Pay: £92.63 - £99.45 per day

Supply Desk is recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of educational settings throughout West Sussex, supporting students who may require additional help with their learning, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, or engagement in education.
Some placements may be within specialist provisions or alternative learning environments, where adaptability, resilience, and positive relationship-building are key.
What You''ll Be Doing- Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Encouraging engagement and participation in learning
- Promoting positive behaviour and confidence
- Assisting teaching staff with classroom activities
- Helping create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable
- Teaching Assistant, Youth Work, Support Work, Care, Coaching, or Mentoring experience welcomed
- Strong communication skills
