      <description>Location: Blackpool | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We''re working with a number of secondary schools across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast who are looking for dedicated, patient and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join their teams. We have a range of opportunities supporting pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND, autism, ADHD and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. Whether you''re an experienced Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant or looking to take your first steps into education, we''d love to hear from you! The Role:  Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional learning needs. Help pupils access the curriculum and overcome barriers to learning. Support pupils with SEND, autism, ADHD and SEMH needs. Encourage positive behaviour, engagement and independence. Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and school staff. Work closely with teachers and the wider support team to meet individual learning needs. Create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
