Key Responsibilities: Supporting students with SEN in their educational and personal development. Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment. Providing one-on-one or small group support to students. Helping with classroom management and administrative tasks. Requirements: Previous experience working with children with SEN or working in healthcare / care work A compassionate and patient approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (preferred but not essential).
