This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting students with additional needs and helping every child reach their full potential.The RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs (SEN)Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning activitiesAssist with behaviour management and emotional supportAdapt classroom materials to meet individual student needsContribute to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or care settingA strong understanding of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficultiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA patient, empathetic, and resilient approachA relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is desirable but not essential Why Work with Vision for Education?
