You ll play a vital role in providing 2:1 targeted support for a pupil with autism, helping them to regulate their emotions, engage with learning and make meaningful progress both academically and socially.Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and another experienced support professional, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of tailored strategies that support positive behaviour, emotional regulation and access to the curriculum. Your experience will allow you to recognise triggers, implement effective interventions and adapt your approach to meet the child s individual needs.We are seeking a calm, patient and proactive professional who is confident in building strong relationships and creating a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment.
