This role is ideal for an experienced TA or LSA with a strong background in SEN, PRU, or Alternative Provision settings.  The successful candidate will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping students access the curriculum, regulate behaviour, and achieve positive educational outcomes.   Key Responsibilities    Provide 1:1 support and small-group interventions for students with SEN and SEMH needs.
