Learning Support Assistant Location: Brent, London Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term About the Role A welcoming and well-established three-form entry school in Brent is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join its support team from September. This role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with pupils and wants to build a career within SEN, education or pastoral support. You will play an important role in helping pupils access their learning and develop greater confidence and independence. Working alongside class teachers and the wider SEN team, you will provide targeted support to pupils who require additional help, either through one-to-one support or small-group interventions. You will get to know the individual needs of the pupils you work with and adapt your approach to help them make progress both academically and socially.
