This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting pupils with additional educational needs and wants to play a key role in helping every child achieve their potential.The RoleWorking closely with teachers and the wider inclusion team, you will provide high-quality support for students with a range of additional educational needs within the classroom. You will help pupils access learning, build confidence and develop the skills they need to succeed academically, socially and emotionally.Key responsibilities include:Providing classroom support for identified students with additional educational needs.Working collaboratively with teachers to deliver adaptive teaching strategies and ensure pupils can access the curriculum.Supporting students to remain engaged, motivated and confident during lessons.Assisting pupils during break and lunchtime when required.Building positive relationships with students, staff and external agencies.Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with ..... full job details .....
