This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff, SEND professionals, and pastoral teams to provide tailored support for students across Key Stages 3 and 4.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of learning needs.Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).Help students develop confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours.Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.Adapt learning resources and activities to meet individual student needs.Support students both inside and outside the classroom environment.Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive behaviour throughout the school day.Work collaboratively with teachers, parents/carers, and external agencies where required.RequirementsPrevious experience working with children or ..... full job details .....
