The position offers the opportunity to work within established school teams supporting pupils with a range of academic, behavioural, communication and additional learning needs. Depending on the setting, your day could involve supporting pupils during lessons, delivering targeted interventions, working alongside teachers to adapt learning or providing focused 1:1 assistance. Key Responsibilities Support pupils during whole-class lessons and independent activities. Provide 1:1 and small-group learning support. Assist with targeted interventions and additional learning programmes. Help pupils remain engaged and focused during lessons. Work alongside teachers and other support staff. Encourage positive behaviour and participation. Support pupils to develop independence and confidence.
