Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a welcoming and supportive school environment?

A lovely school in Bromley is seeking a dedicated and experienced LSA to join their team on a full-time, 5-day-per-week basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an educational setting, strong knowledge of learning support, and a genuine commitment to helping pupils thrive.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as an LSA or in a similar educational support role
• Strong knowledge and understanding of learning support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, proactive and nurturing approach
• A relevant degree is preferred, but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing tailored one-to-one and small-group support
• Supporting pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing
• Working closely with teachers and the wider support team
• Helping create an inclusive, positive and engaging learning environment
• Monitoring pupil progress and contributing to their development
