      <description>Location: Enfield Town | Salary: &amp;pound;100 - &amp;pound;120/day | Type: Temporary | Location:  Enfield, North London  Salary:  -100120 per day PAYE  Contract:  Full-time, Long-term / Supply  Start Date:  ASAP  Are you an experienced  Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor or Learning Support Assistant  with a passion for supporting young people with SEMH needs?  Tradewind Recruitment are working with a specialist school in Enfield supporting pupils aged 11-18 with  Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs . They are looking for calm, resilient and passionate staff who can build strong relationships with pupils and help them re-engage with education.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands that behaviour is often a form of communication and who can provide the consistency, patience and boundaries that young people need to succeed.   The Role   You''ll work closely with teachers and the wider pastoral team to support pupils both in and outside of the classroom.
