The Role The position suits education professionals who enjoy working directly with pupils and want to play an important part in helping them access the curriculum. You may be supporting a class teacher during lessons, working with a small group on a specific intervention or providing dedicated 1:1 assistance to a pupil who requires additional support. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Supporting pupils to access classroom learning. Working with teachers to reinforce lesson content. Delivering or assisting with small-group interventions.
