This is a great opportunity for someone who can build positive relationships, manage challenging behaviour and help pupils re-engage with their learning. The role: Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs. De-escalate challenging situations and promote positive behaviour. Help implement behaviour plans and emotional regulation strategies. Support pupils to engage in lessons and develop confidence. Work closely with teachers and the wider pastoral team. The ideal candidate: Has previous experience in an SEMH school, PRU or alternative provision. Holds Team Teach training or has relevant positive behaviour management experience.
