      <description>Location: Sefton | Salary: &amp;pound;92.56 - &amp;pound;95.00/day | Type: Temporary | Job Title:  Learning Support Assistant (SEN)  Location:  Bootle  Start Date:  October 2026  Contract:  Full-Time, Long-Term / Potential Permanent  Hours:  Monday - Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm  Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an  experienced Learning Support Assistant  to join a welcoming primary school in  Bootle , from October 2026.  You will work within the school''s dedicated  SEN provision , supporting their EYFS class, dealing  with complex needs and challenging behaviours .  This is a rewarding role for someone confident working with children with  complex SEND , including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, communication needs and behaviours that can present significant challenges.  The successful candidate will need to be  calm, resilient and experienced in deescalation , with the ability to support pupils through periods of deregulation  and distress , while maintaining a consistent and nurturing approach.
