The provision is committed to helping pupils re-engage with learning, develop essential social and life skills, and successfully transition into their next stages of education or training.The RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both academically and emotionally. You will work closely with teaching staff, SENCO, and leadership teams to deliver tailored interventions and support reintegration into learning.Key responsibilities include:Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and acting as a positive role modelDelivering bespoke intervention programmes and tracking pupil progressSupporting teaching and learning, including lesson preparation and resource developmentUsing ICT to enhance engagement and learning outcomesPromoting positive behaviour and contributing to a safe, structured environmentSupporting reintegration plans and contributing to ..... full job details .....
