Learning Support Assistant Primary Schools Greater Manchester Tradewind Recruitment are looking for caring and reliable Learning Support Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Greater Manchester. We have regular opportunities in Bolton and Bury, as well as schools across the wider Greater Manchester area. Positions can vary from day-to-day work through to longer-term assignments, giving you the opportunity to find something that suits your experience and availability. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to help pupils engage with their learning and feel confident in the classroom. The role may involve: Supporting pupils during lessons and classroom activities Working with individuals or small groups Helping pupils develop their confidence and independence Reinforcing learning and instructions provided by the teacher Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines Helping pupils access learning activities Building positive relationships with children and school staff Contributing to a calm and supportive classroom environment We are looking for people who are: Patient, approachable and dependable Comfortable working with children Good communicators Able to work effectively as part of a team Flexible and willing to work in different school environments Experienced in education or keen to develop their experience Tradewind provides ongoing support from a dedicated consultant, alongside access to professional ..... full job details .....
