Roles and Responsibilities Support for PupilsAssist individual pupils or small groups to understand and complete learning activities.Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities.Help pupils develop social skills, independence, and confidence.Encourage positive behaviour and help manage challenging behaviour following school policies.Support pupils with personal care, if required.
