      <description>Location: Dorset | Salary: &amp;pound;14.24/hour | Type: Temporary | SEN Teaching Assistant (ASD Support)  Mainstream Primary School – Dorset  Start Date: Immediate Contract: Full-time, Ongoing Salary: £14.24 per hour (PAYE)  We are currently working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Dorset to recruit a dedicated and compassionate  SEN Teaching Assistant  to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) on a full-time, ongoing basis.  This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a meaningful difference to their educational experience.   The role:  You will work closely with pupils with ASD, providing 1:1 and small group support to help them access learning, develop social skills, and feel confident within the classroom environment.
