Learning Support AssistantLocation: Hemel Hempstead, HertfordshireJob Type: Full-Time / Term-Time OnlyWe are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in a school in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people with their learning, development and wellbeing.The RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and other members of staff to provide support to pupils both inside and outside the classroom. You may work with individual students or small groups, helping them to access the curriculum, develop confidence and achieve their full potential.We are looking for someone who:Has experience working with children or young people.Is patient, caring, reliable and enthusiastic.Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.Is confident supporting students with a range of learning needs.Can work effectively as part of a team.Has a genuine passion for supporting children to succeed.Compliance RequirementsAll applicants must be able to provide:References covering the last two years.A valid Child Workforce Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one.Proof of Right to Work in the UK.Relevant identification documents as part of the registration process.If you need to apply for a new DBS, you may be eligible to receive a refund for the cost after successfully completing 20 days of work, ..... full job details .....
