      <description>Location: Hertfordshire | Salary: &amp;pound;95 - &amp;pound;105/day | Type: Contract | Learning Support Assistant     Location:  Hertfordshire  Hours:  Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Term Time Only  September 2026 start  We are currently seeking caring, patient, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work within schools across Hertfordshire.  This rewarding role involves supporting students within the classroom to help them access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. You may work with individual pupils, small groups, or provide general classroom support. Some students may have additional needs, including Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), requiring extra guidance and encouragement throughout the school day.   Key Responsibilities    Support pupils in the classroom to engage with lessons and learning activities.  Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.
