We are particularly interested in applicants with a sporty, outdoor or activity-based background who enjoy working with young people and can build positive, trusting relationships.The ideal candidate will: Have a genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.Ideally have experience working with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) students.Have a sport, outdoor education, coaching or similar background.Be confident, patient, resilient and able to engage students who may find mainstream education challenging.Be available Monday to Friday, 8:30am 3:30pm.Hold a full driving licence and be able to drive.Have achieved Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).Be a positive role model with excellent communication skills.Be able to work as part of a supportive team while also using initiative.
