We are particularly interested in applicants with a sporty, outdoor or activity-based background who enjoy working with young people and can build positive, trusting relationships. The ideal candidate will: Have a genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed. Ideally have experience working with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) students . Have a sport, outdoor education, coaching or similar background . Be confident, patient, resilient and able to engage students who may find mainstream education challenging. Be available Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm . Hold a full driving licence and be able to drive. Have achieved Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
