      <description>Location: Atherstone | Salary: £20000 - £25000 per annum | Type: Full time | Learning Support Assistant – Specialist SEND School   Hours:  37.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year   Salary:  £20,000 – £25,000 actual annual salary  Are you passionate about supporting children and young people to overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their full potential? The Education Network Birmingham is working with a specialist SEND school in Atherstone to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for a permanent, full-time position.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist therapeutic school where relationships, wellbeing and individual progress are at the heart of the provision. You will work closely with teachers, therapists and a wider multidisciplinary team to provide personalised support both in and outside of the classroom.  The school supports pupils with a range of SEND, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, communication difficulties and sensory processing differences.
