What You’ll Do:
As a Learning Support Assistant with The Education Network, you’ll play a crucial role in helping SEMH pupils thrive both academically and personally. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing tailored support to individual students, helping them to engage with the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
- Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of personalized learning plans.
- Collaborating with teachers and other educational professionals to ensure a consistent approach to each pupil’s learning and wellbeing.
- Offering emotional support and guidance to help students navigate their challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEMH needs.
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
