Learning Support Assistant

Pay: .00 per day Job description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support a Key Stage 2 pupil with an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP). In this rewarding role, you will provide personalised 1:1 support, helping a child achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. Working under the guidance of a qualified teacher, you will assist with learning activities, wellbeing support, and the implementation of tailored educational programmes. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is highly desirable GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to supporting children''s learning and development Knowledge of the National Curriculum is advantageous What we''re looking for: The successful candidate will be confident, caring, and able to inspire a love of learning while providing effective support tailored to individual needs.
