      <description>Location: Farnborough | Salary: 14.25-14.25 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Role: 1:1 Learning Support AssistantLocation: FarnboroughSetting: SEMH and SEN Specialist School (Ages 4-16)Pay: £14.25 per hourA specialist school in Farnborough is seeking a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support a Year 6 pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The setting supports children aged 10-16 with Social, emotional and Mental Health needs which can sometimes be characterised as challenging behaviour or dysregulation. On the same school site, they also have their main provision for children 4-16 with Special Educational Needs such as Learning Difficulties and Autism.The successful candidate will provide consistent, individualised support to help the pupil manage emotions, remain engaged with learning, and develop confidence within the classroom.
