A setting that encourages learning through play and curiosity, the Learning Support Assistant will be amongst staff who ensure every child has a fun-filled, educational day! In the classroom, they have key values such as community spirit and ambition to ensure all children know their potential and work hard achieving this.The school is looking to take on a driven Learning Support Assistant on a day-to-day basis, with the hope of long-term placement. Looking for a Learning Support Assistant who can work within a Year 1 group setting, the ideal candidate will be able to help children to problem solve and find solutions through education. Helping with intervention and delivering the curriculum, exploration will need to be encouraged by the Learning Support Assistant to deescalate challenging behaviour in the class.
